A major emphasis of the Ruby Rouge Restaurant is on the wide selection of live seafood from our fish tanks, acclaimed dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients and cooked to order. Our large two-tiered seafood tank is filled with selections of geoducks, lobsters, prawns, live scallops, abalone, rock cod, sole, oysters, and Dungeness Crabs.

Once you decide on the type of seafood, your selection will be fished out from the tank with a net, placed on a tray and and presented for your approval. Not sure how you want it cooked? No problem! Our knowledgeable staff will be more than happy to assist you.

We also offer extensive mouth watering assortment of exotic delicacies such as abalone, shark's fin and bird's nest soup.
